Premature and full-term babies can lose a disproportionate amount of heat and moisture due to their immature skin. neoTHERM® is a very simple but effective way of preventing
heat and moisture loss by wrapping the baby in a waferthin protective layer. The integrated fleece gently absorbs the moisture and thus offers additional skin protection.
neoTHERM® can be used in a number of ways: as a standard in primary care or part of procedures such as delayed cord clamping. During intrahospital transport and examinations
such as MRI or for simple infection protection.
A key benefit of the neoTHERM® is that the mother can continue to have intensive skin-to-skin contact with her little treasure whilst using it – ‘kangaroo’ care is possible without
restriction.
